Alright. So, I first need to make some things clear.
1) my family is not loaded with money, but my mom wants the sweet 16 to be special.
2) So, She is giving me a budget of $1000 to work with (and my own money too)
3) So, while this is cleared up, I need some help.
I was thinking for a theme maybe a Mobster (1940’s) & Masquerade theme. We’re going to have 25 VIPS all together (mainly because I’m inviting my entire team, I don’t like leaving people excluded) and wanted to make sure that my closest friends were recognizable. I also need some places we could have the party at (New Hampshire). We have a DJ already, he’s related to my friend so we got a special discount. I really want this to be a fun time for my friends, and myself, so we were thinking of a limo picking us up from school and bringing us to our destination. If we did do the Mobster theme the VIP guys would need a mask, and a pinstripe suit, the girls a black dress with a white mask. I also need some entertainment, a videogropher, and perhaps a photographer. Would it be interesting if I had the invitations as a CD? If the theme I had wouldn’t work, then what would be interesting to you guys? For the VIPS We’ were also thinking of doing two special dances. A Greek Dance and the Tango remixed..
If I missed anything, just throw it in with any ideas you might have.
I need services roughly in the Rochester/Somersworth New Hampshire area.
I’d also love some sites for the Dresses and Tuxes.

For job around in your theme themes for other themes for job around in the area there might not be as professional but something more have fun entertainment look around the photos themselves of your friends to send them to find someone cheap who.
For drinks would get variety such as coke fruit punch sprite lemonade mountain dew and easy for drinks.
