Baby Dwarf Hamsters

by Admin on May 2, 2009

Make yourself a hit with your children and their friends… bring home a dwarf hamster! You’ll be endlessly entertained and fascinated by their unique behavior and antics.

Your kids will also learn about caring for a pet, because they will need to clean the enclosure once a week or so, provide food and water, and or course handle their tiny charges gently. They should take the time to learn about caring for their dwarf hamster, and even breeding them. Baby dwarf hamsters are tiny little furballs of delight!

It’s been estimated that a dwarf hamster will run up to five mile on his wheel, and they will burrow, build nests, and generally enjoy their surrounding non-stop, as long as they are given proper care and a comfortable home.
